FatChance is developed and operated by Benchlight Studio LLC. For FatChance support, contact support@fatchanceapp.com.
- Account access, email verification, or password recovery.
- PRO purchase, trial, renewal, restore, or cancellation questions.
- Privacy requests or trouble deleting an account.
- Incorrect restaurant nutrition, missing items, bugs, or general feedback.
- Image, trademark, attribution, or other content-rights concerns through the Content Rights page.
What to include
Include your device platform, app version, approximately when the issue occurred, and the restaurant or screen involved when relevant. Do not send your password, complete payment-card details, or sensitive medical information.
Billing
Apple or Google handles charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Deleting your FatChance account does not cancel a store subscription.
Response times
FatChance is preparing for public launch. Send a message anytime; response times may vary during testing.
