Content Rights

FatChance is an independent menu-information and decision-support service. Restaurant names and menu-item names identify the restaurants and products discussed. Unless expressly stated, their appearance does not mean that a restaurant or other third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with FatChance.

All food images are AI-generated illustrations, which are not official restaurant photography. You can report concerns about images, trademarks, attribution, or other content below.

Email support@fatchanceapp.com with the subject “Content rights report.” Please include:

• Your name, organization, and contact information.
• The work, image, trademark, or other material you believe is affected.
• The exact FatChance screen, restaurant, menu item, or website URL where the material appears. A screenshot is helpful.
• A description of your rights or authority to act for the rights holder and the correction or action you are requesting.
• Any supporting registration, license, source link, or other evidence that will help us evaluate the report.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

FatChance reviews sufficiently detailed reports and may ask for additional information needed to verify the material, the reporter's authority, or the requested action. While a report is reviewed, FatChance may restrict, correct, replace, attribute, or remove the material when appropriate. The outcome depends on the available facts, applicable rights, and legal obligations.

This process also covers good-faith requests to correct an image-to-item mismatch or an inaccurate attribution. Nutrition or menu-data issues can be reported through Support.

Images and illustrations are provided for recognition and navigation. They are not the evidence source for nutrition, ingredients, allergens, availability, or Match results, and they may differ from what a restaurant serves. Confirm critical information directly with the restaurant.
